Everything was really good, including efficient and excellent staff who were informative regarding the wildlife food & service highly enjoyable. The rooms at this iconic hotel were unique with tea and coffee. The location offered was particularly good and brilliant adjacent to the center, the old railway station and the Bridge to Zambia spanning the mighty Zambezi within the spray of The Falls. There was a terrace restaurant nearby🙂

Fine garden, traditional architecture, captivating colonial history
With an empty minibar in what should be a luxury room, it feels like a letdown!!! The lack of air-conditioned dining options in the intense heat is inconvenient. Check-in delays add unnecessary stress!!!
